北京葵花朵朵影视策划工作室成立于2004年6月3日，以策划、制作电影为主。其独立出品的电影《葵花朵朵》于2005年入围第62届威尼斯国际电影节影评人周单元、第29届开罗国际电影节、第3届香港亚洲电影节、第23届CINEMANOVO电影节等。工作室出品的第二部电影《关于赵小姐的二三事》，于2007年6月完成，并在当年的第2届BiFF影展首映。
目前工作室正在制作的数字电影《运河童话》已完成前期拍摄，正在进行后期制作，预计于2010年10月底完成。
Founded in 2004, Beijing Sunflower Film Workshop orients itself toward an independent film project incubator, which is consist of many young graduates from Pecking University, Beijing Broadcasting Institute and Beijing Film Academy. It is a group full of passion and creation.
Up to the present, the workshop have planned, conceived or produced many feature films, among which is Kuihua Duoduo (The Sunflowers)(directed by Wang Baomin, 35mm, 98'18", 2005), selected by 62th Venice International Film Festival and 29th Cairo International Film Festival, and screened in HONG KONG, Milano, Rome...
Our second film Talking About Miss Zhao is combleted in 2007 and screened in 2nd BIFF.
The newest presentation of the workshop is The Drifting Boat, which tells a story about a 7 year boy missing his lost father who left him a little wooden boat several years ago, and the boat finally dissapeared in the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The film is under post-production.
